Event Sales is hiring full time Merchandise Sorters for our 126,000 sq ft facility, located in NE Minneapolis. We are looking for motivated, experienced, self starting, and dependable team members, to sort merchandise for our retail store and wholesale divisions. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Moving pallets of merchandise
- Lifting items
- Sorting hardlines and apparel into categories
- Creating inventory sheets with counts
- Filling cartons and taping boxes
- Maintain inventory for order pulling
- Palletizing boxes
- Wrapping pallets
- Other duties as assigned
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Good attendance history
- Team based attitude
- Be available to work 8 - 4:30, Monday - Friday (ocassional weekends)
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to be standing throughout entire shift
- Ability to lift, push, pull, etc- without restriction
- Must be able to keep a clean and safe work area
- Must be flexible with duties as random projects will be assigned
- Clean background check - we will consider on a case by case basis
